The previous owner just installed brand new brakes and rotors on all four corners and had the vehicle serviced. Condition: The exterior paint is very nice and shiny and is all original. None of the panels have ever been re-painted and this car has never been involved in any accidents. This car is in excellent condition with only a few blemishes listed here: Scuff on the lower drivers side front bumper (see photos). Three very small door dings on the rear passenger door. Very small scratches on the top of the front passenger fender. Scuff on the middle of the lower part of the front bumper (see photos) The M-Sport Wheels have zero curb rash and are in excellent condition The interior is in immaculate condition! The only signs of previous use is on the driver side seat bolster which is not torn just has minor fading. There are no unusual smells or odors and its a non smoker vehicle. The passenger seat and rear seats look like they have never been sat it. The cup holders are not broken! Anyone who knows E39 5 series knows these cupholders are very flimsy and are usually always broken. Mechanically this BMW M5 runs and drives perfectly. There are no check engine lights or warning lights indication and all the services are up to date. The clutch engages smoothly without any vibrations and the transmission shifts smoothly into every gear. The Vanos system is in good working order as well. This M5 has been absolutely babied! We have never had a nicer E39 M5 at our store. No stories No issues just a very nice car! Everything is in good working order! Bid with Confidence!
