This is a solid California car that was shipped to Virginin where it sat in a warehouse for 6 years prior to my getting it 2 years ago. I have receipts and registrations from previous owners and a clear Maryland title. Money issues force me to list at a very low reserve. Odometer has only 5 digits so I expect it may have been around once. It has a new battery, points, cap, rotor, fan belt, plugs, plug wiring, fuel filter, oil filter, air filter and all hoses. Radiator pressure tested and system flushed, generator has new wiring harness. Previous owner replaced rear motor mounts,valve cover gasget and shift linkage sockets. The rugs are new but not original, heater boxes are gone but I have all parts except cardboard housing, chrome strips on drivers side need to be replaced, old ones in trunk. Air cleaner taken off for photos. Interior cloth grab handles need replacement, headliner fair, no rips but needs cleaning. No rips in seats, tires have good tread but are old, I would not recommend high speeds. The engine runs strong with very good pressure, no tapping or pinging, 4 speed on the column shifting is smooth and clutch is good. All brake shoes were replaced and rear drums have been turned, braking is stiff, maybe from sitting? There are a few dings from careless other drivers doors and a rust spot below trunk handle (see photo), it needs a paint job and I can no longer afford to keep it. This is a solid car that handles well and you will enjoy driving. Definitely road candy. Comes with Chilton manual, two MB Manuals, spare, jack, tire wrench and car cover.
