Up for sale today we have a 1997 Dodge Ram 2500. This has been my "farm" truck so I haven't put many miles on it and now need to get something smaller. Overall the truck runs and drives well. It has had a water pump installed as well as a crank sensor and a tranny service with filter and flush done. Oil changes are done religiously every 3,000 miles or 6 monthes, usually the 6 monthes. It will need some work though, it is not a show truck. There is some rust holes in the body (frame is solid). The Emergency brake handle is broken and will need to be replaced. The windshield is broken and it needs a passenger side wiper. The tires are marginal. They all have appx 4/32 tread left on them. The A/C does not work. The hood hinges are bent. It is equiped with a 2" receiver hitch as well as a trailer brake controller, this does work well. It had a plow mount on it when I bought it but I have not plowed with it. The ABS light was on and the check engine light was on when I started it last. I have listed what I know to be wrong with it however I am not a mechanic. It is for sale As Is. With a little work this truck will serve someone well as it has for me. The title will show a lien, I have the lien release from the bank. The truck is not currently licensed and will need to be trailered, dollied or driven from here on a dealer plate. Remember this is a running working 4x4 pickup. Good luck and happy bidding.
