The car is a rust free California car with excellent floor pans. Someone started to restore it and it will be up to the next owner how it should be finished. All the paint work was done and done right. All the windows were removed prior to painting and put back with new rubber. The previous owner obviously had every intention of doing this car up right but was unable for whatever reason to finish it. It looks like all panels were removed and it was painted in areas you don't even see which leads us to believe it was an ongoing project. The fenders are still loose and need the fender beading to be installed. The dash was removed and painted behind. It looks like the dash in the car was not the one intended for the finished product because it was not secured in good and just put in temporarily. The fuel tank was removed and painted beneath and under the hood was also done nicely. The paint looks like it was redone a few years ago and has since gotten a few imperfections. The headliner and paint appear to be the only things that have been redone. The engine has good compression and could have possibly been rebuilt. The transmission is hooked up. All of the wiring and whatever else is needed to make the car operable needs to be done. What you see in the pictures is what you get: A rolling chassis and refinished body with an engine and trans. This is a relatively easy and rewarding project vehicle to complete. This is a No Reserve auction so the high bidder will win.
