As is cab and frame. What you see is what you get. We were parting out this vehicle and found the frame to be straight and true. Truck is a 1 ton with cab dually 4X4 turbo diesel 5.9L that had a rusted floorboard. We pulled the drive train to use. We have most of the drive train parts and the engine was running perfect when we purchased it, which is why we bought it.
