1979 MGB for sale with LOW reserve. I have enjoyed this car for the last 6 years, but just don't use it enough. The car shows original mileage of 41,297 and I have taken great care of it. No mechanical issues and running strong. Has twin SU carbs conversion and de-smogged. I kept all the original parts and they will go with the car and the conversion is reversible if you so desire to do it yourself. Interior is in perfect shape. I replaced the carpets about 3 years ago and they are clean and perfect. British Leyland radio is not working. Original convertible top in good shape, including tonneau cover and boot. New tires last year. I have also replaced the water pump, alternator and electric fans over the last few years as part of regular maintenance. Oil change on a regular basis as needed. Body is in fantastic shape, showing no rust. One dogleg had a quarter-size spot of rust and I replaced both at the same time about 2 years ago. Everything else was and remains rust-free. The car does spot a little oil when left parked over a period of time, but nothing out of the ordinary with these cars. The car always gets comments when driven and when I take it to the mechanic for oil changes or tires as to how clean it is. I have a clear IL title. Sold As-Is with no warranties, express or implied.
