This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser backs out of the deal! Your deposit will be forfeit if you waste the time of the seller by not going through with the deal for personal reasons! The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding. Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`. If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. Also, when purchasing a used car please note we do NOT change or replace, unless noted in the auction, such issues as engine oil & other fluid changes, tune ups, tire rotations, belt changing, wheel alignments, brakes and rotors, wiper blades, motor mounts, unless totally worn, and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.Fee and Tax Information: A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. GENERAL OVERVIEW:

Up for sale is a 1995 Jeep Wrangler S that has been lifted, maintained and serviced! The Jeep comes with a custom paint and many upgrades! This isn’t your typical rust bucket, the Jeep is very clean and 100% rust free! The previous owner was a die-hard Jeep lover and knew what steps to take to maintain the vehicle! The vehicle has had a huge make over in the engine bay with replacements of many parts! The engine is 110% strong and is free of any issues!



EXTERIOR:

The Jeep has a custom Sandstorm Graphite Paint. The previous owner had the entire vehicle sprayed down professionally. The paint is in amazing condition.

The wheels and tires on this Jeep are brand new! Each tire is worth about $200.00 each! The tires are MUD KING XT – STEEL RADIAL – 33x12.50 R-15 LT M+S. The Tread Plies = 2 polyester + 2 steel and the Sidewall Plies = 2 polyester. The wheels are made by American Racing.

There is a 3” Shackle Lift with heavy duty shocks. The soft top is also brand new! Fits perfectly! The Fender flares are a new upgrade.

The Jeep also has been fully serviced in December 2011 with the following replacements: A new water pump, alternator, head gasket, thermostat, spark plugs, belts, radiator, all around brakes and rotors, brake lines, Clutch kit and the battery. This service cost well over $2500.00 and will keep your engine running smoothly for many more miles!

The Jeep’s entire undercarriage was sand blasted and acid treated to remove all surface rust. It was then coated with a sealant to prevent rust followed by a fresh under coating. This process will keep the entire undercarriage protected from the elements. This process cost about $1500.00!

The Jeep comes with Ridgeline fog lamps with brand new wiring. The vehicle is also PA inspected until 12-2012!

Winning bidder must contact us within 24 hours of auction end, and make arrangements for payment at that time. A $500.00 deposit is due within 24 hours of end of auction.

This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE if the purchaser backs out of the deal! Your deposit will be forfeit if you waste the time of the seller by not going through with the deal for personal reasons!

The remainder is due within 3 days of auction end. If no contact is made within 24 hours we reserve the right to re-list the vehicle, sell it to the next high bidder, or sell it otherwise. Most banks and credit unions do not finance vehicles older than 1995 or with more than 100K miles. Make sure if financing that your financial institution accepts the year and miles of this vehicle before bidding. Please arrange financing prior to bidding.

Buyer is responsible for pickup or shipping of this vehicle. If you wish to have it shipped using a service, we will gladly cooperate. You can locate shippers by doing a search for `auto shippers`.

If you are not sure about something, please ask! Do not assume anything not listed is included. We reserve the right to cancel bids for excessive negative feedback. We reserve the right to end the listing if the vehicle is no longer available for sale.

You are bidding on a USED car and must understand that there will be normal wear and tear on the vehicle. Such things as loose knobs and panels are likely. I will do my personal best to show you every fault I find with the car but some things might go unseen to me.

I do NOT accept returns on any vehicles! You must read the entire auction and call with any and all questions. I also suggest you come and see the vehicle prior to bidding (if you are in the area). Also, when purchasing a used car please note we do NOT change or replace, unless noted in the auction, such issues as engine oil & other fluid changes, tune ups, tire rotations, belt changing, wheel alignments, brakes and rotors, wiper blades, motor mounts, unless totally worn, and any other normal wear & tear issues. We also do NOT guarantee these vehicles will pass inspection unless the general maintenance is completed. What we DO guarantee is that our vehicles will be as accurately described as possible.

Fee and Tax Information:

A $250.00 processing fee will be added to the final price. This fee is non-negotiable and will cover your Temporary Tags. This fee also includes a pickup from the local Airport, Bus station, and Train station. PA residents are responsible for all taxes and notary fees at the time of purchase.

A $150.00 LATE FEE will be added to the final price if the full payment is not made within 3 days of the auctions end.

A $5.00 PER DAY STORAGE FEE will be added to the final price if the vehicle is left on our lot over 7 days from the auctions end. Please contact me if you need more than a weeks time to pick up your vehicle prior to bidding!

Due to the fact that Paypal charges a roughly 3% surcharge for every transaction, I will ask that you do NOT pay me the balance of the vehicle with Paypal. If you want to pay anything over the $500.00 deposit then you will need to pay with either Cash, Cretified Bank Check, or a Wire Transfer.
