Thank you for viewing my auction for this 1983 Jaguar XJS. This XJS is currently not running due to a bad starter. The motor runs very string and has no issues. The body is in excellent condition and has a recent custom paint job. the interior is all there and orginal. The transmission does slip in all gears and needs replacement. Easiest to do trans and starter at the same time. I orginally purchased this vehicle with the intention of replacing the transmission and restoring the interior. Recent surgery renders me unable to perform any extensive car repairs for some time, thus I am selling my XJS. This is a no reserve auction with a low $400 starting price. This XJS has an excellent body with NO RUST, and is loaded with good parts. The motor ran very strong and smooth prior to the starter failure.
