The vehicle took a light hit to the drivers front corner. The airbags were not deployed and the windshield was not cracked. We did replace the drivers front fender and headlight. There was no frame damage or damage to the engine, transmission or suspension. All of the cooling is intact and function properly. This HHR runs and lot drives great in its current condition. About The Title Michigan rebuilt salvage titles are processed just like a clear title in most states. It can usually be transferred and plated to any buyer in any state or country with no further inspections.
