1990 Buick Reatta, 2 seater coupe. Car is in pretty good condition for it's age. Has never been in an accident and was garaged for the first 8 years or so. My father was the original owner. Vehicle passed NY inspection in September of 2011 and was driven daily until last November. There was a new suspension installed in the vehicle in September. Aside from normal maintenance items, everything else in the car is original. Runs and can be driven but there are currently some electrical issues. The "electrical problem" and "check engine" lights both came on and the radio and electronic temperature controls stopped working. Locking the doors with the remote or the power lock button sets the alarm off. I don't know what is wrong, my mechanic says it could be that the wires are just old and some connections are bad. I can't spend $100 an hour for him to find out. This is a great car for someone who has the time or knowledge to put into it. This car can sit for weeks and the engine always starts the first time you turn the key. Car has 149,800 miles on the original motor. Despite people's assumption that there is some special or exotic engine in this car, it's the same Buick engine they used in the Riviera and most of their luxury sedans in the late 80's and early 90's. I copied the engine info from their website below. There are also a ton of websites dedicated to Reatta enthusiasts so parts are pretty easy to find. "The Reatta used GM's ubiquitous transverse "Buick 3800" V6 with 165--170 hp (123--127 kW) and 210--220 ft·lbf (285--298 N·m) of torque with the highest output in the last year of production. The car sported a fully independent suspension, 4 wheel disc brakes with ABS, and front wheel drive. Top speed was electronically limited to 125 mph (201 km/h). The Reatta was rated at 18 mpg (13.1 L/100 km) in the city and 27 mpg (8.7 L/100 km) on the highway."
