A “40th Anniversary” emblem is factory-mounted on each front fender. All four tires are Goodyear Assurance, P225/55R16 with a 95H load rating. Although the body shows no rust and is in overall good condition, it does have the following damage and/or blemishes: the front bumper cover has scratches and chips on the left, center and right sides; and, the rear bumper cover has a scrape and small tear with paint transfer on the right side and a small scrape on the lower left side near the rear wheel. This item is forfeited property pursuant to a Court Order by the Willoughby Municipal Court of Lake County, Ohio. It is being sold “as is” via this public auction, according to Ohio statute, by the City of Wickliffe, Ohio. The City of Wickliffe holds a clear title to this motor vehicle. This vehicle may also be viewed, by appointment, at the Wickliffe Police Station, 28730 Ridge Road, Wickliffe, OH 44092. Bidding on this item constitutes a contract between you the bidder and the City of Wickliffe. Non-paying bidders will be pursued legally.
