This will be the 299th car we have sold on eBay! Not to mention the 109 boats and 89 Motorcycles. We have a strong background with vehicles and we NEVER misrepresent anything. Please read carefully and call to ask questions. I will describe in detail what I see. I may note more issues than other vehicles but I would rather someone be impressed as opposed to disappointed. I am starting with an Ultra Low Reserve and a fair Buy It Now! I don't expect this 944 TURBO to last the full 7 days and I will do what I can to ensure it does not! I am offering a Street Legal and SCCA SCA Porsche 944 Turbo that is ready for a daily drive or the track. Vehicle has been Inspected and approved by the State of Texas. You can see that the vehicle has an excellent body with no visible damage with the exception of the front panel, which is a replaceable part for $125 to $399 depending on where you buy it. Entire body has been checked over and we see no areas of major damage. The wheels are a little less than perfect due to paint but from 10 feet away they look fine. ENGINE This 944 has a strong running engine with a solid clutch and is very quick. It's a 944 TURBO and I don't see any major leaks. No vibrations, knocking, tapping or smoking. I know it runs strong as I drove it 80 miles with absolutely no issues. Got lots of add ons. Aftermarket Intercooler HKS on intake Asbestos wrapped headers that may be an aftermarket performance model Performance exhaust INTERIOR Original interior showing some wear on drivers seat. Back deck is clean but the material is a little loose from the old glue Nice Alpine Stereo Air Conditioning- not blowing cold 5 Speed Manual SIMPSON racing harness Roll cage professionally installed The knobs for the A/c are missing but they still operate - easy fix cigarette lighter missing passenger sideview mirror is cracked Tach not working but all the other gauges are excellent and working Obviously this older PORSCHE 944 Turbo is not in perfect condition but it is totally road ready and will get you there and back. I noted a little play in the steering at 35MPH (sometimes) but I am not a PORSCHE expert even though I have owned dozens of 944's and a few Turbos I am not certain if it is in the tires, suspension bushing or what. But its a 944 TURBO and we are pricing it more than fair!!!! I ran the car again today and it easily reached 130 and had power remaining! NO OVERHEATING and No vibration at that speed! Oil pressure was consistant! Please do not bid if you can not adhere to our payment requirements! We expect a $500.00 non-refundable deposit within 24 hours of the auctions end! We require full payment within 72 Hours of auctions end. There are several ways to accomplish this . We do not want the payment to be through paypal as it is too costly for such a big item.
