Vehicle Detail
Here is one rare super solid 1969 "SS" Big Block Nova, 4-Spd, factory 373 12 bolt posi (BU) code, factory power disc brakes,no power steering, multi leaf springs (5 leaf), original factory armor wraped single 3/8 fuel line for L78 375hp only,no return line!, original dual exhaust hanger plates welded to the rear frame rails both sides from the factory, original factory big block radiator support and factory big block heater core cover, custom interior with bucket seats, custom side window trim and also looks to have had lower custom exterior trim. This Nova only has 43k rounds on the odometer and is extremely solid. The car sat in hibernation for 20yrs since (1992), the car was originally Glacier Blue and has been painted Hugger Orange for quite some time as the paint will buff out nice for a good solid driver as is or a great Big Block 375hp restoration project. This car was drag raced back in the day, there are indications in the trunk where the battery was mounted, small welded chain links are still present on the front sub-frame drivers side, the front saddle area under the crank pully was cut for clearance and welded back up,the rear seat was taken out back when it was raced and it has a 1971 nova rear seat in its place, all seat belts are original, the rear quarters have had lower patch panels welded in on both sides and they look really good on the outside and the wheel houses are very solid. Four rally wheels are on the car, jack and tire iron are also with the car. There is some scale on the trunk floor but not like most, there is a spot just to the left of the trunk lid catch along the trunk weatherstrip rail where water sat and rusted through, very easily repaired. The engine that is in the car now is a 1971 TKB 402cid, aftermarket dual point distributor, with #3909802 1967 396cid heads dated (C317), after market intake and carb with a saginaw 4-speed transmission. The Nova does run and the brakes do work however it must be trailered to be safe,it has been sitting a while. This car is being sold as is with a clear title in my name.I reserve the right to end the auction early for any reason. The car is also for sale locally and whoever gets it will get a neat car. Please ask all questions before bidding! Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Car should be picked up within 10 days of auctions end unless prior arraingements are made and agreed upon by me the seller. Cash or Direct Bank Wire Transfer for the total sale price is due within 5 days of auctions end.Dont miss this opportunity to buy a rare SS Nova, hard to find like this. Good Luck!
