It has a salvage title but NOT DUE TO AN ACCIDENT. It was left in our impound lot by the previous owner and abandoned. Therefore, we received the car with a salvage title from the Police Department since they never picked it up. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON THE TITLE IS SALVAGE. The vehicle has no major problems and runs well. It is cheap and reliable for a great price. It starts right up every time, has very warm heat and several options! It has minor rust as to be expected in Ohio which is shown in the pictures, minor paint pealing on the rear bumper and the passenger window is not opening and most likely needs a motor. These are the most extensive things I have found to be wrong with the vehicle. Other than that, it is in pretty good condition and runs very well! Payment Instructions Paypal for deposit, Cash, Money Order, Bank Financing or Verified Cashier's Checks are accepted. Please contact us about any additional payment questions. Terms of Sale: We require contact from the winning bidder within 24 hours of the close of the auction. The winning bidder MUST make a deposit of $250 through PayPal within 48 hours of auction close or risk a no-sale default. If you do not have a paypal account, please contact us immediately for other payment options. The balance including tax and fees MUST be paid in full within 7 days from the close of the auction. Each sale is subject to a $100 fee which covers the cost of vehicle inspection, paperwork preparation, overnight mailing costs, documentation, title, and 30 day temporary tag. If paypal is the preferred method of payment, a 3% service fee will be charged on the transaction to cover the cost of paypal fees (not including the required deposit). We offer many other payment options and most customers choose to overnight a check. Ohio residents will pay Ohio sales tax in accordance with their county of vehicle registration. Out-of state residents will be responsible for all taxes and fees applicable in their residential state at time of vehicle registration. Out of state buyers do not pay Ohio sales tax, only the taxes charged by their state of vehicle registration. We are obligated by law to collect taxes for the following states: Arizona, California, Florida, Indiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, South Carolina, and Washington. These states are "reciprocating States" meaning that we MUST collect taxes upfront, and the funds are then sent to the Department of Taxation on behalf of the buyer. Buyer then does not have to pay tax again when registering their vehicle. The taxes are added to the purchase price of the vehicle and will be paid on your behalf. Shipping Details Vehicle pickup and shipping costs are the responsibility of the auction winner. We provide pickup from the local airport, Cleveland Hopkins, Grey Hound Bus Station or etcetera if you choose to pick up the vehicle.
