Subaru's well-regarded Forester crossover sport-ute has been completely redesigned to be an even more enjoyable addition to your family. Engineers have given the tall wagon more interior room, a stiffer body structure, a revised chassis and more standard feature content -- all while keeping exterior dimensions the same and reducing the curb weight by 90 pounds. Very well mannered and rarely requires feeding!
The more refined styling of the 2003 Forester is identified by a larger, more pronounced grille, contoured multi-reflector halogen headlights and a contoured bumper cover with integral multi-reflector foglights. More sharply defined character lines, flared front fenders and "blister" type rear quarter-panels mark the profile of the new Forester.
The SUBARU FORESTER 2.5XS has always been one of peoples favorites. Comfortable cabins replete with high-quality materials.
Powertrains and Performance
The 2.5XS models have automatic climate control, aluminum alloy wheels, a six-disc in-dash CD changer, a leather-wrapped steering wheel and shifter and upgraded interior upholstery and carpet. Subaru designed and equipped it to compete with a wide array of SUVs. It comes with a 2.5-liter engine, all-wheel drive and seating for five.The 2.5-liter horizontally opposed four-cylinder engine from the previous model carries over unchanged. It makes 165 horsepower and 166 lb-ft of torque.
Safety
Larger front brake rotors have been fitted to all models, while higher-line versions get rear discs and a new Electronic Brake Distribution (EBD) system. ABS is standard across the board. Subaru also concentrated on improved brake feel, something sorely lacking in the previous models.
Interior Design and Special Features
In the rear, the 2003 Forester is newly distinguished by a hexagonal rear gate framed by large, triangular taillights.

The seats looks ABSOLUTELY NEW , has no rips or tears. The carpet is OK and very clean - but you might want clean it. The headliner is also extra clean with a soft texture. Since this vehicle is being sold directly off the lease at a wholesale level the exterior may have dings, dents, scratches or other blemishes associated with use.

This one used, vehicle is absolutely perfect, but please, expect a certain amount of wear, use, and flaws, as is standard on ANY used car. All used cars including this one may have dings, nicks, chips, scratches, or any other marks associated with the use consistent with the age and mileage of the vehicle. This is very normal and almost expected for a used car of any age or mileage no matter where you purchase the used vehicle from. Sometimes pre - owned vehicles, regardless of where they are purchased, will have had some paint work. This does not imply that the vehicle has been in a collision, but rather that the vehicle has been maintained against basic wear and tear. We repair/refinish only minor dings, scratches and chips sustained during parking lot and highway driving. It's unavoidable that any vehicle will sustain minor cosmetic blemishes during normal day to day operation. And, as a part of our complete vehicle inspection we strive to offer vehicles that are as close to their original condition as possible. Sometimes our vehicles, and usually almost all other used vehicles, may have had (Or Sometimes, may not have had) some previous replacement of parts. 5) All our vehicles which we sell on eBay will be stored inside of our warehouse facility. Because we have limited storage space, we require that all vehicles be picked up within fifteen days of an auction completion. Please ask for allowance of additional days for loading during the auction! Otherwise, storage charges after fifteen days will be charged at $15/day. The title and car will be released only after all Banks checks, loan checks, credit unions checks and certified checks are cleared and said fees have been paid.

8) Vehicle Title policy - In the State of Pennsylvania, title to the vehicles are held by banks or lenders as collateral for loans. In some cases there is a delay in receiving the original instruments up to 21 days from the time we pay a vehicle off. While we usually have all titles in our possession at closing, there are occasions where we may be waiting for them to arrive. We guarantee clean titles on all our vehicles and all sales are through a licensed and bonded dealer in the state of Pennsylvania. Titles will be sent via Fed-Ex for proper tracking.
9) Vehicle dealership bidder policy- We do not sell to other auto mobile dealers through our Internet auctions. Auto dealers may purchase this vehicle only at the buy it now price if it is offered, and will purchase this vehicle as-is with no warranty. The unconditional guarantee insurance is not offered to auto dealers. We will not assign a title to an auto mobile dealership, unless pre approved before the sale. Auto dealerships will also pay an additional $265 doc fee. There are no exceptions to this policy.
