This 97 Chevy cavalier was a present that I bought for my little sister for her first car. She has decided that she does not want to get a learners permit and does not want to drive so the car has found its way back into my possesion. She has let the car sit for 5 months now so the car has a dead battery the old one has been pulled but would not hold a charge. When the car was parked it ran and drove great getting great gas mileage however the ball joints needed work because when you go over 60mph the car would start shaking, the local repair shop diagnosted it and appraised it at $400 to fix. Looks ok and drove ok when it was given to her but she never drove it anywhere so it has set for awhile. She aslo managed to lose the title. SO whenever the car is sold I will go file for a lost title. the car is in my name so it is no problem but I dont want to put one penny into this car so I wont do it until it sells.
