For sale is my 1980 Ford Model A Custom Shay Roadster. These cars were built by Harry Shay under license from the Ford Motor Co. THRU 1978 1979 as a tribute to the 50th anniversary of the Model A and sold at the time by Ford Dealerships with full warranties. This outstanding Roadster was modified by a well known custom car builder from Mattapoiset Ma for his wife. Car has won many trophies some of the changes are as follows. Louver steel hood. Install dropped headlight bar and chrome lights. Install chrome tailights. Install chrome front bumper. Install custom directionals. Chop top and windshield 3" (still has ample headroom). Install 1932 dash with quality white face clock and gauges. Install tilt steering wheel allows easy entry and exit. Install complete professional white vinyl interior including rumble seat area and carpets. Install white convertible top and side curtains. Car painted with black cherry paint. Install custom running boards. Install Jensen radio cassette. Engine 4 cyl (2.3 Pinto) and 4 speed transmission operating like new you can drive car all day at highway speeds. Electrical system operating as it should. Install american racing wheels with radial tires and front disc brakes. This car should make new owner very happy as car is one of a kind and no expense was spared on the customization of car. Im reluctantly selling car due phyisical injury preventing me from driving car. I may take suitable or other interesting vehicle as part exchange . Milage listed is the milage since the car was customized true milage cannot be verified but is believed to be less than 10,000.00 miles in total since car was new.
