You're looking at a rare, 1967 Chevrolet Camaro convertible We have acquired this car a couple of years ago for a customer, who was going to partially restore it here in the US before shipping the car overseas. His plans changed and we ended up taking the Camaro, along with some other goodies, as payment for our services, storage, etc. We have never started the car since we got it, it just rolled off the trailer, and was pushed into our storage building, and has sat in there since. This car was originally sold with a V8 motor (vin number confirms that), however, somewhere down the line it was swapped for an inline 6. I have to ideia as to why, maybe a fuel-saving mod, I don't know. We do have a motor that would be a perfect fit for the car, it's a 396ci BB already rebuilt, including chrome accessories (even chrome headers!). It could go with the car for an extra US$3k. I don't have any pictures of the motor as of right now, but it's here in the building and for serious buyers, I will move it down from the racks and take pictures. The pans you see in the car are floorpans that came with the car when we bought it, and although we never test fitted them, we believe them to be correct. The car is mostly complete as you can see from the pictures, but will need complete restoration. It is a project car that could easily be turned into a money maker, or undergo a full restoration and sell for top Dollar. Why don't we just do it then, you may ask? Well, with a recent addition to the family, and 3 other projects in the works (59 Impala Sport Coupe, 1967 Mustang Fastback and 1950 GMC pick-up) I honestly do not have the time, nor the energy to undertake yet another one. I tried to be as thorough as possible, but if you need more pictures, or want me to check a specific detail about it, don't be shy and ask away. We're exporters of classic cars, and this car must go to make room for our customer's cars who are always kept indoors while waiting to be shipped. We have connections with auto transporters and will even arrange shipping for you if you so desire. Otherwise, I will gladly work with your transporter on loading the car onto their trailer.
