I am a car collector living in Central Texas and my Dad is a collector living in West Texas. This is my Dad's car and all information came from him. I am listing the car for him and I have no responsibility as to the description or validity of the maintenance, description, items listed of the car. It is a 1966 convertible Mustang with a 289 v8 with 4 barrel carb. The engine, transmission and rear all came with the car when it was made. It has a factory installed air conditioner that just needs freon. It has a luggage rack on trunk, new tires, just put in $500 worth of brakes and has a bunch of spare parts. This is a very nice driveable car--it is not a trailer queen. The interior is very nice--I know the pictures show a bunch of crap in the car but my Dad is 87 years old and detailing is not on his agenda. To make this car a trailer queen it needs all new interior--which we all know is very cheap and easy to get. The engine needs. to cleaned and detailed. The body has some some rough spots especially the drivers door and some spots where rust was fixed. The top need to be replaced. I have looked over the car and these are the main things I have observed on a very cold day. The car is located in Monahans, TX. Odessa, TX has a major airport and American, Continental, and Southwest fly into Odessa. Odessa is 36 miles from Monahans right on Interstate 20. I can be reached at 325 656 2329 and can explain almost anything on the car. I can get the VIN from the title from my Dad. I have sold 13 different collector cars on Ebay and each one was exactly as I described them and I have 100% feedback. Every purchaser gave me an excellent feedback and I am very proud of how I describe and take care of my cars.
