Truck is in good and very solid shape. Some body work started decades ago. Truck was sandblasted and body work started. Then it was put in storage and hasn't seen the light of day for about 20 years until I bought it in March of 2011 with hopes of rodding the truck. Truck was disassembled when I bought it. I put it together recently. It's mostly complete. It's missing the original seat, some glass, handles, steering wheel and other small miscellaneous parts. I have the hood trim, wing windows and door glass is still inside the doors. I also have some additional parts to complete this truck, but will be at extra cost that we can discuss after the purchase. This is a project truck. There's no original engine or transmission. The original transmission crossmember has been cut to accept a newer transmission. Truck was made in Richmond, CA and is a nice solid western truck. Cab corners and floor are good and solid. Rear fenders are good with very minor rot on one rear fender (about size of a quarter to half dollar). Front upper fenders have a small rot of the same size. Front upper fenders also have some rot, but not bad. Running boards, bedsides, tailgate, hood, grille and the rest of the cab are solid. Bed floor is still original metal, but is beat up and has a few small holes. Truck has a Chevy 10 bolt rear end from a 57 Chevy and custom made front hubs with a matching Chevy bolt pattern that have been pressed onto the original Ford front beam axle/king pins. Also has a SBC 350 and TH375 transmission in the bed. The engine has a spun bearing and only good as a core. The transmission was good when I pulled it out of a Chevy truck. Truck comes with the original title last issued in 1969 and one matching 1963-69 black/yellow California license plate. However, truck is off the states record since it hasn't been on the road for more than eight years. Nice patina on this truck and would make a good runner. Truck is worth more in parts if parted out than as a whole. Deposit of $250 is due w/in 48 hours of auction's end and balance is due upon exchange of title. Delivery within CA is available at an extra cost. Truck can't stay around for too long as I don't have any room for it. I can store the truck for a few weeks if you need to find transportation. Additional storage is available at $75/month. I will work with your transporter to get the truck on way to your garage.
