2003 Chevrolet Silverado 2500HD Crew Cab Long Bed 4x4 1-Owner Commercial Fleet Lease Truck, Very Well Maintained, Runs/Drives Excellent, Good Tires, No Injector Issues, Strong Truck, Great Affordable Duramax Workhorse! year 2003 drive train 4x4 make Chevrolet ext color White model K2500HD int color Grey sub model Crew Cab Long Box 4x4 vin 1GCHK23163F225666 engine 6.6 Liter Duramax Turbo Diesel V8 mileage 228354 transmission Allison Automatic OD stock # BB11541 about This is a good affordable 1-owner commercial fleet lease company truck. It has a few miles, but the motor is very strong, it drives nice and easy, paint and body are in very presentable condition, interior is fine, it looks all original, has good tires, and it needs nothing to get right to work. This is a solid truck and a lot of vehicle for the money! exterior The paint and body on this pickup look original. It still maintains pretty good gloss, no bubbly rust, no hail damage, and no bad dents. It's really quite clean for a 228k mile work type truck. The doors all open and close fine, tailgate shuts/opens easy, and it has a 'new' bedliner. I say that, because this one happened to have a manufacturing fault on the passenger rail, shown in the photos...hopefully not the end of the world. The wheels look ok and tires have pretty good even tread all the way around. You shouldn't need rubber for a while. The windshield has 1 chip, no cracks. Our cost is $125 if you'd like a new one. The bumpers look decent, little wear, but not too bad. It has a half dozen or so touched up scratches, and road wear on the front end/hood front, as well as the rockers behind the tires. We can have our paint guy 'ghost' over some of the rockers with a little white sealer primer if you're concerned or come from an area with road salt. I don't think this truck has seen much if any road salt. It does show 1 hiccup on the Carfax, but clearly reports no damage. Likely the receiver hitch at the back held back whatever bumped into it. The photos show it well, will try and update them to sunny photos as soon as we get some shinin' here. interior The interior is quite presentable for a work truck. It has been detailed and came up nice. We also replaced several worn upholstery panels which isn't surprising with the mileage, they came up good too. It's a simple truck, not much to break and what's there works fine. The steering wheel is a little worn around the top, but not chunked or too ugly. The right rear door handle interior trim is mia. Apart from that, little normal wear and tear as expected, but the truck has been by no means abused. Have a look! mechanical This pickup runs out super strong. It fires easy and idles smooth, motor is quiet too, no rattly or worn out at all. I'm always careful with the earlier Duramaxes to check for overactive injectors. When I bought it, there was no diesel smell in the oil, no diesel spray underneath, and no unusual smoke coming from the tail pipe. The injectors in this guy are just fine. It's been fleet maintained all its' life. The company that did the service didn't start reporting to Carfax till fairly recently, so it doesn't have every record, but you can see by what's there how thorough they were. We received the truck in good operating order, was driven in by an 80 year old man 90 miles to our location and he only had nice things to say about it. It drives very straight, shifts perfect, 4x4 works fine, no check engine light, or other hiccups. There is some slight play in the front end, but definitely not worth changing out yet. I've driven Dodges and Ford with 80k miles that were far looser. It has new oil, filter, fuel filter, and we replaced one of the idler pulleys up front. I'm not sure what the two hoses up in the front bumper were for, but can check into it if you like, think they're spliced in from the upper transmission lines. The lower transmission lines are seeping a bit like any Chevy product, but there's no wet drippy leaks. The fluids in the driveline all look fine. The brake pad life is good too. It's really a pretty nice driving truck. It has mileage, but when they're well kept, they should run forever. This truck is work ready, fly in and drive home anywhere. comments This is a neat truck and a hard to find vehicle. We guarantee original miles and clean title. We sell many of our vehicles before the end of the auction. Feel free to call with any questions. It is our experience and our volume that allows us to sell vehicles at lower prices than most businesses on EBay or off, but please know that the phrase "You get what you pay for." is constant in both the real world and the car business. All vehicles are sold "AS IS" unless otherwise specified. Local residents of Colorado must pay taxes at our dealership, but will not have to pay them again when going to register the vehicle. There is a $199 transfer and handling fee for local residents only. It costs us more money to sell vehicles locally and this fee is non-negotiable. Out of state buyers are charged no extra fees at all, what you bid is what you pay. Again, all vehicles are for sale locally, and before the end of the auction. Just because you are the high bidder doesn't mean you have the vehicle reserved. EBay allows us the option of ending auctions early because all vehicle are for sale at any point during the auction. If you are concerned, the buy it now option is always a good idea. In very rare instances, (once or twice in over a thousand transactions), the vehicle is being sold locally while someone has pressed the buy it now. You're welcome to call before you bid, we thank you, Happy EBaying! Masters Collection 10672 S.
