2001 Dodge Ram 3500 “SLT Plus” Laramie 4x4 DRW 5.9L Cummins Diesel 24 Valve quad cab long bed 6 speed manual. It has 76,021 original miles. It is in exceptional condition with very minimal wear and tear. It is Bright White Clearcoat with dark gray leather interior. Truck looks just as great in person. It is a one-owner truck, which has always been in Utah. It has never been in an accident. It has the famous 5.9L Cummins 24 Valve motor with a 6 speed manual transmission. It has all the “SLT Plus” Laramie features and some factory upgrades. Here are a few of the notable features: CD/Cassette player with Infinity speaker system, 6 speed manual, 4.10 anti-spin axle {glove box states 3.55 but upon driving it and previous owner we believe its 4.10}, sliding rear window, shift on the floor 4x4, bed liner, trailer tow package, camper package group, electric trailer brake, overhead mileage and trip computer, dual power/heated captain chairs, 4 wheel disc brakes with ABS, and much more. The original power mirrors were upgraded to 2002 trailer tow mirrors, which are not power. Per the previous owner, it also has a few moderate performance upgrades, which include 50HP injectors, K&N air intake, and custom exhaust. The Trojan Heavy duty Marine/RV batteries are rated at 860 CCA / 1050 MCA. Truck comes with 2 keys and owners manual. On the exterior, the truck is very straight. There is a small crease in the rear bumper and some wear on the tailgate (caused by the rear hatch window of a camper shell). The driver’s side mirror has a chip in the glass (please see picture). Otherwise, very light wear and tear with no notable dents or eyesores. The paint is in great condition and is very glossy. The inside of the bed has a bed liner. The previous owner had a fifth wheel hitch in the bed, which he removed. The interior is in great shape. All the power windows, door locks, etc work great. A/C and heater work great. The leather interior has very minimal wear. The dash and instrument panel are very nice and the truck comes with a dash mat (I removed the mat to take pictures). There are no cracks in the dash. No smoke odor. Non-smoker. Mechanically, the engine runs very strong. It has moderate performance upgrades as listed in the first paragraph. The manual transmission shifts as it should, and the suspension is solid. The load range “E” tires have 85-90% plus tread remaining. This truck fires right up in the morning! The truck is in remarkable condition for the year and miles. And being a 6-speed manual, with dual rear wheels, leather interior, and only 75k miles, it is truly a rare find. In addition, this is one of the last years of the true heavy duty Dodges with the 5.9L 24 valve diesel, before they got all the emissions stuff the new ones have.
