It was recently traded in by an older gentleman on a later model Chevy van. He decided he had to have an all wheel drive one and this vehicle had to be traded off. It's almost a 1-owner, he only had it for 6 months before making the decision. This is an Explorer Limited SE conversion with most of the options available. It's very clean, comfy to drive, has good mileage, almost new tires. It looks all original, has been detailed, serviced, and is ready to go. These vans are very hard to find and it's really a lot of vehicle for the money. You'll like this one. exterior The paint and body on this van are in nice condition for the age and mileage. It has nice gloss, no body rust, and no obvious damage. The wheels are 20", they look fair, tires have super deep tread, only about 5k miles old. The windshield is good, fairing isn't cracked up, doors all open and close easily, and the decals still look fine. The van does show a hiccup on the Carfax at the rear, but no damage must've been done. It still has the Explorer factory conversion rear bumper and looks to be in good condition. The van has a few little flaws. The engineering Chevy put forth on the second set of doors on these vans wasn't real bright. When they're opened at the same time the fronts are, they have a tendency to bump into each other and cause little lines. I've shown this in the photos, you can only see it in the shade. The drivers side lower fairing has a scuff along the edge. There's a few small nicks in the body and superficial scratches, but overall a nice looking vehicle. The photos show it well, have a look! interior The interior is in good shape. It's been detailed, but actually came in looking pretty nice. The leather is all very presentable, just a little extra wear on the drivers seat base. The carpet looks nice, doors and headliner fine. It's been well kept. The left 2nd window shade is stained, few cracks in the center consul, dash is missing a switch cover, and the rear bed has a stain in one of the seams. Other than that, I didn't find anything to complain about. The TV turns on, I haven't tried a DVD, nor have I tried every last button inside. The cruise, radio, a/c, heat, power accessories all seem to work fine. I tried the drivers seat heater, works fine. mechanical This van was driven in over 500 miles to our location without complication. The owners did enjoy the van and had nice things to say about it, but they just had to have an AWD. This van rides nice and smooth, shifts perfect, tracks well, brakes feel good, and there's no warning lights illuminated on the dash. The motor is quiet, etc. it just feels civilized. We've changed the oil, filter, brakes checked out fine, belt and hoses ok. The fluids are all full, and there's no wet leaks.
