Up for sale is my personal 2006 Acura TL in very nice condition. It is fully optioned-out including the Acura navigation system, factory Brembro brakes, XM, Bluetooth connectivity, voice recognition controls, ELS surround sound system, HID headlamps and many other standard features. It comes with the original floor mats as well as factory all-weather mats and the factory trunk mat. I am the second owner, have driven it carefully and meticulously maintained it. As you can see from the pictures, it looks great inside and out. All four wheels are completely free of curb rash. All the accessories and features of the car work properly. The car easily passed a recent NC inspection. I have all the manuals, 2 fobs and 3 keys. It has not been in any accidents while under my ownership, and has never been smoked in. There are no dents or noticeable scratches. The leading edge of the hood has some tiny paint chips and the front seats show slight wear. This is my third Acura (8th Honda vehicle) and I know these cars well. I am amazed that Acura was able to design an engine with this much power that still delivers an honest 29 mpg in mixed driving. I have dated and logged all maintenance and will provide this information to the new owner. I have been using Castrol Syntec synthetic oil with factory oil filters in the engine since I purchased it. As expected, it consumes no oil and has no leaks or other “issues”. It is ready to drive anywhere. The car will be due for an oil change within a few thousand miles, and I will go ahead and get that done before the new owner takes delivery if requested. The air filter has been recently changed with an OEM replacement. About 4 years ago I noticed a very faint occasional clicking noise from the wheel area when turning, and both axles were replaced at an Acura dealer as a warranty item, which eliminated the noise. In the interest of full disclosure, the original owner told me that one of the rear quarter panels had been professionally repaired after some collision damage. I could find no evidence of this, and 5 years later still cannot, so I consider it a non-issue. I do not know why this fact does not appear on the CarFax report, but I feel obliged to disclose this information. Also, the rear tires will need to be replaced soon. Feel free to ask any questions. I have added 5 photos. In summary, the rear seats are in excellent condition (from only rare use), the driver's seat has some visible creasing on the leading edge, the leather on the right elbow rest is a a bit "loose" from use, and there is a stain on the passenger seat from a candle that got left on the seat in the heat. I tried to show all of these areas in the photos. I hope this answers everyone's questions. This evening I cleaned the car, topped up the fuel tank and changed the oil & filter. It is ready for its new owner.
