1978 Pontiac Grand Am. 1978 Pontiac Trans Am 400 Cid engine. Bored .30 over, mild cam, ported and polished heads, ceramic coated headers. Edelbrock performer intake and carb. 48,000 miles on engine. Freshly built 200R4 transmission with an Art Catt valve body/shift kit and Art Carr aluminum trans pan. 2,200 stall converter. New u-joints on driveshaft. Freshly built 10 bolt 8.5 Grand National rear with 3.70 gears and Auburn posi unit. New radiator, carpet, brakes front and rear, front calipers, brake booster, shocks, Hotchkis 1 inch drop springs, sway bar links, ball joints. Rear is equipped with UMI tubular trailing arms with poly bushings. Replaced all body mounts with Energy suspension poly kit. Body is rust free. Custom shaker hood and 1968 GTO hood tach. 15 inch Rally ll wheels. 15X7 front, 15X8 rear. Body is straight and paint looks great. Car was painted 4 years ago. Midnight Blue paint (Nissan color – paint code BW5). Interior is in good condition. Driver seat has some small cracks and a seam separated on the seatback. Headliner is perfect.
