Vehicle Detail
1963 Plymouth Valiant 200 Convertible This 63 is a true survivor in original condition except for a repaint several years ago and a recent new top. In the last 50 years it has had 2 owners and was inside for most of its life. The interior is amazingly good with no rips, tears or spots. Dash board and gauges all work, are all untouched and it good condition. Door panels are very good. All badging is original, complete and in good condition. Drive train is slant six with 3-speed manual transmission. Body is solid with no rust, including floor pans and trunk area. Tires are good, rims and factory hub caps are perfect. All chrome and trim is complete and in good condition, as are the grill and headlights. This car is mechanically perfect and ready to drive anywhere. Anyone looking for a sweet and affordable little Mopar, this should fill the need. The NADA book value on this little Mopar is $$11,025. Just click here to verify. http://www.nadaguides.com/Classic-Cars/1963/Plymouth/Valiant-V200/2-Door-Convertible/Values Anyone who is interested in this car, but would like a little more flash and bang can purchase that too, at an extra cost. I have a factory 4-speed Mopar transmission complete with linkage and pistol grip shifter and small block bellhousing. I have your choice of complete 340, or complete 318 that will bolt right in. I also have a complete 4-speed floor hump for this A body. Lastly, I have a complete set of Mopar Rallye Wheels that will bolt right on. Either way, this car is probably the best 63 Valiant on the road today. Bid with confidence. This car is probably a better investment than your 401K.On Feb-02-12 at 13:20:56 PST, seller added the following information: On a recent email I received from an eBayer he noted from the pictures there appeared to be a seam at the driver's seat that was split. He is correct, there is a small seam split on the seat bottom at the drivers seat. I am including a photo of that seam. Also, I had failed to show pictures of the trunk area. I pulled the carpet back for one picture which shows the truck floor is like new. It still has the factory waterproofing. The other picture is of the trunk with carpet in place. Note the original 1963 Valiant Service manual. This will be included with the car. Lastly, I note the rubber seals above the rear windows are dry and cracked. That will need to be replaced. It is obviously original.
