1975 Suzuki RE5

Relished due to international buyer shipping issue. No more international buyer at all, please read this discription and instructing before bidding. Thank you. This is a 1975 Suzuki RE5 Rotary motorcycle. This is the first year production model and therefore has the “bread box” instrument cluster and matching tail light. This is what you would call a barn find bike. This is a one owner bike, ridden by the same gentleman since he bought it new in April 1976. The odometer currently show a little over 13K. This bike has been sitting in a garage for about five years. It was cleaned up, checked out and runs great. The paint on the bike is factory original and looks great as you can see in the pictures below. The bike functions normal. The low fuel sensor has been removed from the tank because it leaked. The rear left shock is broken and should be replaced. The chrome on the exhaust is a little rough but there is no sign of rust so you could easily have them re chromed. The seat is like new, no damage. The tires are old but look great. From my inspection I can say that this bike has never been crashed. This bike does have a aftermarket fairing. I do not have the front light and mounting dog’s ears. These item can be had from known vintage Rotary motorcycle vendors to bring this bike up to totally stock status. This is a Colorado bike, meaning it has lived in a dry environment and the clean condition shows it. Please feel free to call me to discuss this bike if you wish.
