I am the original owner of this car. We purchased it new in March of 1978 from Titus Will Ford in Tacoma Washington. It was my wifes car and spent its early life getting groceries and cleaned and polished by her. At around 65,000 miles the motor was rebuilt by National Auto parts in Tacoma Washington. The reason I had it rebuilt was that I discovered that ford had not tightened the head bolts on the drivers side. When I had it rebuilt I replaced the 2 barral carburator with a 4 barral carburator. It woke the car up and it drives great.We also had the transmission rebuilt around the time of the engine rebuild. The damage to the drivers side front fender and grill was caused by my wife hitting a deer. The fender, grill, and radiator were replaced then. The car has been garaged it's entire life. We have not driven it much in recent years and had planned giving it to our Gradaughter but are relocating out of state and have decided to let ot go. It still has the original spare in the trunk. The windshield has a crack. The vinal top looks great except for below the rear window. I think you can see that in the photo. The original radio has been relplaced. It has crome wheels. It starts right up and will drive anywhere. It is licenced as a classic in Washington state.This is a great 34 year old car. It runs and drives great.
