This little buggy turned up a couple miles from home. I couldn't believe my good fortune. I met a friendly fellow and his strapping grandsons and they helped load it on the trailer. A woman scowled at me. She had on garish clown make up. I assured her I was not gentrifying her neighborhood. That had already been done. The man had the car since the mid 90s and I was shocked to hear he sold the engine for $200. None the less, I have located an engine and brought it to my residence. It's not the greatest, but if you would like me load it up. It's here for you. The hood and rear passenger side fender are not original. My partner touched those up with spray paint. It looks respectable now. The top material will need to be replaced. This car is a total restoration project and has been off the road many moons. It is very original and has not been changed around in the slightest. There is a rust patch needed behind the passenger seat. I like this buggy. It's a time capsule. The man had bought it just around the corner at a used car lot. I was very pleased, in fact it made my day. I hope it makes yours.
