This is a well-kept and maintained Focus ZTW Wagon. (2) owners. Garage kept, non smoker. This vehicle has Antilock Brakes . Very few Focus vehicles of this vintage have ABS, as it was a $400.00 option. This vehicle was Made in USA. There has never been any body or paint work. A brush with neighbor's mailbox post caused a scuff on the lower right rear, as shown in pic, otherwise, there are very few dings or marks. Vehicle has spent its entire life in beautiful downtown Alabama, therefore, there is no rust. First owner was an elderly Lady, with husband who was a retired US Air Force jet technician. He used Ford Synthetic Blend oil, and he had a habit of cleaning the inside of the wheels and waxing the wheels when tires were rotated. I know that this does not prolong the life of the vehicle, but is stated just to give an indication of the care that the vehicle has received. 2nd owner is a retired school teacher, who has continued these practices. All specified maintenance is up to date, including coolant flush, transmission fluid flush, filter changes, etc. * New tires. * New battery. * Front disc brake rotors replaced with MotorCraft (Ford) discs, and Akebono pads. ( most knowledgeable technicians consider Akebono brake pads to be the best available to minimize brake dust soiling of wheels). Vehicle is located in central Alabama, near Birmingham, close to major Interstate Highways.
