Since that happened before I purchased the car, I was not aware of it. I first found out about it when I listed the car on ebay. The car has not been in an accident since I owned it. I finally got a copy of the police accident report from the New York State DMV. It states that while the car was slowing down in traffic, it was rear ended by another driver who was distracted while looking at his Blackberry cellular phone. I was relieved that it was just a low speed tap in the rear and as for anyone who wants to see the police report, just let me know and I can fax it to you.
