One owner (one family) original stock car. 429cu in original Caddy motor / drive train. The engine and the whole car function, run and operate very well, but she does smoke out the tail pipe. In my opinion, she has too much smoke to operate on public streets. I have not investigated source or cause, but suspect the piston rings. I have decided to sell the car and I think this smoke is her #1 problem. See additional comments below. In family since new (grandma's Christmas gift from grandpa back in 1966 when (don't be confused this Caddy is a '67 year-model)). Original black & gold CA plates and CA dealer frames. I think I have many, but probably not all, of the service and repair records. Interior is in unbelievably excellent condition and is restored. Exterior is in good to very good condition - no rust or major body. The vinyl / soft top in great shape. THIS IS NOT A CONVERTIBLE. Last paint job not so great. See pictures for the worst of it. No major rust (no rust through). Some of the bare metal areas have surface rust, like the exhaust pipes. This car shows it's garaged life in California. Daily driver until 1993 and always garaged since new until I inherited it earlier this year. Now it sits outdoors for the first time in its life and this is not good for the long term future of this beloved Caddy. Runs, drives, shifts, brakes and operates all very good (no knocking or unusual noises, good throttle response). Have OEM Caddy shop manual, car cover, original spare, original jack, etc. Car is complete. This model features a huge back seat with fold down tables and foot rests "airliner style". Rest of car has lots of options, it's a Caddy. I also have the original factory issue service imprint card in the original owner's name (Grandma). All four doors have power window and power wing vents. Trunk has soft close power latch. Headlights auto-diming. Writing tables in back have courtesy lamp for each, as well as reading lamp, ash tray and lighter (left and right sides). The AC clicks on and off, but doesn't get cold, cruise control is there but not functioning. Rest of car works and drives fine. Never abused or modified. Registered non-op with CA DMV since 2009. Title is clear and the paperwork is straight and ready. Selling because I don't have garage space, time or money to either fully restore or customize. If I were going to keep it, I would probably overhaul the engine with one of the master rebuild kits that are also on ebay (about $1,000). It's cool as heck. Wish I could keep it.
