This was Honda's Enduro Hot Rod for 1979. It's a 4 stroke, 4 valve, OHC single -- built to go with mild manners. It has a long travel suspension and a 23 inch front wheel. I have known this bike from the show room floor and have owned it since 1981. It has only 309 miles! It is just broke in new and is completely original except for bars and grips. It runs and rides perfect. I don't think you could ever find a better '79 XR 250. It is AHRMA post vintage legal. I've held on to it for all these years and it's just time to say good bye.
