It just passed New York State inspection 3 weeks ago. This V8, 4-wheel-drive truck includes a rare extended bed enclosure, which is great for hauling and protecting fire wood, sheet rock, rubbish, appliances, etc… Model # CD30903: C is for Chevrolet, D is for military, 309 is the 1 1/4 ton pickup, and 03 is a single cab. I bought this truck last year for the house we rented, where the driveway was over 100 yards long and went up the side of a mountain. I am selling it now because we got a house in town and no longer need it. The truck includes: -Totally rebuilt Meyer plow (Model E47) with 90” blade (New hydraulic lines, new fluid, new motor, rebuilt pump, flushed angle rams) - perfect working condition. Rebuilt last winter by Smith Brothers Services. www.smithbrothersservices.com -9,500lb Silverback Series Electric Recovery Winch - The Silverback 9500 winch package includes a premium multi-directional roller fairlead, heavy duty sealed contactor, spring hook and pull strap, and all wiring and hardware. Also included is a corded remote and wireless remote with power in and power out functions. -2 Snow Tire chains-Super beefy tires all the way around (see pics). I had the blackout box bypassed by Neiger’s Auto Repair in Middletown, New York. Often the blackout box can be the root of electrical problems in these trucks. The headlights, rear lights, brake lights, reverse lights, directionals, and dashboard lights work independently of this piece of equipment. Also I had a new driver’s side steering stabilizer installed. The directional blinker on the steering column doesn’t blink when making left turns (all exterior blinkers work perfectly) and the battery gauge on the dashboard does not reflect the actual charge of the battery. Aside from several dents and scratches, the truck is in very good working condition. The oil was just changed and the glow plugs were changed two winters ago. I am also willing to deliver the truck to anywhere within 500 miles to the winning bidder (at 75 cents a mile). If delivered, I will require $1000 as deposit via paypal and all of the estimated mileage delivery charge in advance (of course you are welcome to pick it up yourself). Also, I will need to accompany the winner to their bank and have a Bank check made out to me, or I'll accept cash. I'll also need a ride to an airport or bus terminal. We'll work it out in advance. These trucks are rated to tow 3,000 pound cross country and were often used to tow the M101 3/4 ton trailer.-This truck is in very good condition.
