One-owner Honda CR-V EX with 5-speed manual-transmission and all-wheel drive that is in immaculate condition. Interior is like-new (one driver, no children, no animals, no cigarettes, no food... strict, yes, but it works for my wife and me) and the car has received all routine maintenance (tune-ups, oil-changes, tire-rotations, etc.). Mechanic just gave it a thorough-inspection and gave our CRV two thumbs up as my wife and I considered if we wanted to keep it for another 5-10 years. Ultimately, we're selling it because we own another SUV (Honda Element) and really don't need another. Recent service has included changing the timing belt which also included changing the water pump (mechanic says you need to remove the water pump to get to the belt, so it's recommended to replace both). Any additional details and/or any additional photos you'd like to see - just ask. Update as of 12/18/11: Two new pictures where I'm trying to show the very-slight dings on the hood. My wife is pointing to the larger of the two in one picture, and I've taken one of the entire hood to let you see they're MINOR! These were caused when my wife's kayak paddle slipped out of my hands and the plastic end fell onto the hood. Very small, and there is absolutely no paint damage. A dent-removal service could easily remove these, and I thought about it, but they're so unnoticeable that I didn't bother. I've included one picture showing exactly where the dings are, and you can see they're hard to pick up. Then I've included an overall picture of the hood to show the dings are not visible. The body is otherwise in excellent condition - you can see this from the pictures. If you'd like to see anything else, just let me know. Thanks! OK, one more detail that I feel is quite important: you can see from the new pictures showing the hood that the car is in a garage - this is where it's been stored 99% of the time, and a great reason why the paint is in the condition that it is.
