Well we have it a Passing Lane Motors. This 70 GTO is tons of fun and drives fantastic. It is in its Factory Cardinal red paint and has been redone as a Judge. The 455 is infamous in it’s power an torque. That being said lets get into the specs on this 1979 GTO The exterior Very straight and rust free! The enduro bumper is close but you know what a pain they are and has had some touch ups on the nose. We recently acquired the correct hood tach (new in the box with all connectors and vent lines) The correct striping for a judge and rear spoiler. I have a bid from a great body shop on installing the tach and repainting the hood front bumper and new tach ( $1800 ). The engine 455 Cubes of fun here, recently rebuilt (I don’t know exactly when sorry) starts right up and sounds great. This 70 GTO tracks super straight and has tons of fun power. The engine is not numbers matching. The Interior Very nice here, Black vinyl Bucket Seats black carpet, door panels could use some minor repairs and the passenger seat has a small hole in the vinyl on the top shoulder of the seat. The dash is in good shape along with the head liner and dash cover. The pans are solid. All gauges work. In Closing What a super nice driving, rust free car, tons of money making potential or just show or go the way it is. The A/C blows cold for those hot cruise days and this GTO get tons of thumbs and alway a compliment at the gas station.
