The Ultimate Xmas gift!!! Lexus?? Really? Picture this piece of automotive history sitting in your driveway Christmas morning! You would be the coolest Wife/Parents around! The neighbors would be envious! LISTED WITH NO RESERVE! I can hold the vehicle for you for up to 1 month or possibly longer. Beautiful 1967 Chevelle Malibu: This is one of the cleanest rust free cars from the Muscle Car era that I have seen. I purchased the car from a gentleman who was selling it for the original lady owner. When I picked the car up in Las Vegas it was showing just over 100,000 original miles and this was over 10 years ago. Now showing about 106000 original miles the car has been stored and driven rarely to local shows, and the occasional sunday cruise with the family. Upon inspecting the car for purchase I noticed there was no sign of rust or rust repair anywhere. Having one repaint on the outside and still retaining the original interior I instantly knew this was the car I had been searching for, as I believe that the 67 is by far the best year for the chevelle as it has the perfect lines of a classic muscle car. I drove the car from Vegas to Southern California listening to Am radio grinning from ear to ear! Driving this original car brought me back to the day when America was #1 in the automotive industry and cars were built with quality in mind. Looking over the original interior with not even the slightest sign of wear or tear on the seats, no chrome rubbed off of the door pulls, the immaculate dash, perfect headliner, dome light, gorgeous steering wheel, dash trim, and of course the glow of the AM radio I felt like I was in a time warp and didn't have a care in the world! Cruising along at 70 miles an hour the car cruised like a dream and surprisingly net 20 miles to the gallon. The body: As stated above there is ZERO rust on the car, and it appears to never have had any whatsoever! This is a 100% accident free car! The paint shines like it was painted yesterday showing only a few blemishes, chips etc... Having waxed this car over a dozen times I know every little mark on it. The chrome bumpers, Grill, headlights, taillights, windows, chrome moulding etc are all in excellent condition. Doors line up perfectly, open and close perfect, Hood lines up perfectly, opens and closes perfect, as well as the trunk. Overall I would rate the body of this car a 9/10 almost as if you bought it in 67 and drove it for a year aquiring a couple small chips etc... Interior: The inside of this car is my favorite part as it is all original to the car minus the carpet. The seat still has a little indent from the little old ladies butt print from her 30+ years of driving this as her daily grocery getter. The original black paint on the dash, wood grain trim, dash pad, headliner, are all in excellent shape although the matt below the rear window does show a little sun damage. All of the gauges work, all of the lights and electrical work, lights come on when you open the door, as well as the hood to light up the engine at night time. Mechanical: the 327 high out put 300 horse motor was rebuilt at the same time as the paint was done, I would estimate that the motor has less thatn 10k miles on it. Opening the hood reveals a new looking chevy orange motor and super clean engine bay. I couldn't wait to bring it to the local cruise, park it and open the hood to show off how nice the engine compartment really is! The transmission is a 2 spd powerglide that operates like a dream. Smoothly shifting through all areas of acceleration you can hardly feel it. The transmission allows this car to cruise comfortably between 70-75 mph and much more if that is your style. I like to take my time and cruise between 65-70 as when I drive this car I am never in a hurry to get anywhere. Open the trunk of this car and it reveals the original spare tire and mat. The trunks of these cars are usually subject to rust where in this car has never seen rust and is as nice of a trunk as you will see. I could go on and on about how nice this car is to look at, drive, sit in, talk about etc but I will let the pictures do the rest of the talking. I have around 75 pictures in my photo bucket and can take pictures at interested persons request. Did I mention NO RESERVE!!!???On Dec-09-11 at 12:20:34 PST, seller added the following information: The VIN number listed is not correct. The VIN is as follows 136177z126025
