Vehicle Detail
This gorgeous specimen has just undergone a beautiful transformation. It has only 69k original miles and runs well. I took this on a 1,000 miletrip last month and it did not let me down. The automatic transmission shifts well and I have had it up to 70 mph. 302 V8 engine with 2 barrel carburetor. Dual exhaust. Engine does not smoke.C-4 Automatic Transmission. (came originally with an automatic, not a conversion)Dana 44 front axle 9" Ford rear axleDifferential gearing is 4.11.Rear end has a positraction differential and I believe the front is a posi as well. J shift transfer case (Dana 20) I believe it originally came with a "Durango" package which is very similarto the Bronco Explorer package, additional trim items and options. It was originally equipped with power steering, not an add on job. As the photos show, the Bronco was stripped mostly to bare metal and a very nice looking deep metallic blue basecoat clearcoat paint job was just applied in December. The 2 stage paintis PPG basecoat with urethane clear and has been color sanded and buffed. It looks very deepand the pearl shimmers in the light. The color is Jaguar code. The trim was removed, including the full interior, hardtop, bumpers, door handles, antenna bezel, marker lamps, tail lamps, etc. Any corrosionwas dealt with (rust in floors received new steel welded in) and it was primed complete. The primer was block sanded to level defects. The fender flares in the rear, spare tire carrier, and headlightbezels were painted in the same color (basecoat clearcoat) separately off of the Bronco. There are zero miles on the new paint. The hardtop was sanded down and was repainted in Ford's Wimbledon White, in basecoat clearcoat (PPG)It still retains the factory headliner which still shows well. The Interior Floors were sanded and a thorough coating of black bedliner was sprayed in. The factory original steel wheels have been repainted in white. The dash has been repainted in Wimbledon White, as original (basecoat clearcoat) Under the hood, it has been painted semi gloss black. Brand new upholstery: The original bucket seats and the rear seat have all been reupholstered with new foam and leatherette material. The interior does not have any miles on the new seats upholstery. The door panels look nice with new armrest material in front. The armrests for the rear seat also have new upholstery. There are rear interior panels also. Front and rear seatbelts are inside, and the visors are also included, in good original condition. The fuel gauge works for the rear fuel tank, but I am not using the front tank. (remove or replace)It does drip some oil. Windshield wipers work, heater works, lights all work, even the interior light. This would make a great Christmas gift... For yourSELF! Or treat someone else. In my opinion, whoever purchases this Bronco will be delighted. PURCHASING THE BRONCO: Quickest way to purchase is to send an overnight cashier's check or certified bank check.
