I was told that it runs but since it does not have the pull start housing I never bothered to try. The plastics look pretty good for the age but have been painted and peeling. The seat has no tears, and for a 1973 off-road vehicle, it looks pretty good. Also comes with the parts pictured plus a couple other parts that are not pictured. Includes an extra: Rear fender, handle bar, gas tank, spare engine, front fork, org. rear axle, front fender. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have before bidding. The parts on this could be worth a lot of money to people restoring an ATC 90. Thanks!
