Vehicle Detail
This is an awesome Escalade, AWD and 6.0L Engine. I'm going into business with a friend of mine and am downgrading vehicles as the new store is right around the corner from my home. It's a beautiful vehicle, 2005, Mileage is high at about 156,000 but I've had it checked out many times and all is well; I purchased it about 8 months ago thinking I would have more use for an SUV but I don't really use its capabilities often enough. The mileage is mostly highway from the previous owner who drove for business between California and Nevada (I bought it from a Dealership) near Las Vegas. I do have a warranty on the vehicle at the moment, but that is around an extra 1500 if you would like to keep that item (its a warranty on transmission and engine till 250,000 miles or 5 years)-and they will refund me the warranty fees as I've never made a claim if I sell the vehicle. But we can discuss those details at a later date if interested as the warranty company allows transfer of warranty. I'm very careful in making sure all my vehicles are well maintained; and I make sure they are in perfect condition when I drive them. I change the oil every 3,000 miles or 3 months (as my warranty requires that as well). Since I've owned the vehicle, I have had it smogged (passed) and inspected several times for any issues- I replaced all vehicles issues and I have the receipts: 1) New Upper R&L, and Lower R& L Control Arms and Bushings as the old ones were showing wear. (Paid 750 total) 2) I had an auto shop replace all the air shock system with a conversion shock kit that did away with the original air shocks so there will never be any air system issues as are common on Escalades. (650 total). 3) New Brake Rotors on all 4 wheels, and new pads about 5 months ago. 4) Tires are high end, I think they are Yokohama 22''. 5) Had Auto Shop replace Front Axle as it was showing some wear (200) Interior: I would rate it average-good; note: there is a small rip 1.5'' on the left bottom of the drivers leather seat. Exterior: Good except for a 1/2'' trim piece on the left side missing. Electronics: Equipped with DVD system in rear seats etc, dual climate control, dual heated and power seats. and all the other great Escalade features. The one issue is the CD player does not work, I never tried more than half a minute to get it to work though; as I use my Ipod with an FM transmitter. All other systems are good, and have all been checked out. I'll provide better photos once I have a chance too, just busy these days so I took pictures in my garage this evening.
