Vehicle Detail
Real Mopar muscle. Bought out of Florida. Never been in Michigan until now. Stored indoors at all times. Highly optioned 340 car, not numbers matching. Factory front disc option. Has brand new Hotchkis TVS suspension system installed. Hotchkis kit includes new rear leaf springs, rear sway bar, front sway bar, new upper control arms, subframe connectors, adjustable strut rods, and adjustable steering rods. New moog lower ball joints are installed. New shocks. Handles like a new car with almost zero body roll. The undercarriage is rust free and solid. Floor pans are great. Trunk pan is stock and rust free. Brand new 18" Boss Motorsports 3382 wheels sized 18x8 front, 18x9.5 rear on BF Goodrich T/A KDW tires. Also comes with brand new 15" American Racing Torq Thrust wheels wrapped in brand new BF Goodrich tires. Professionally built 372ci engine "360 with .060 over bore". Holley Street Avenger 670 carb. Long tube headers and Magnaflow mufflers. The engine sounds great, does not leak and has very low mileage since rebuilt. New motor mounts, power steering pump, and alternator. Transmission is 727 torqueflite transmission with a reverse pattern manual valve body. Brand new B&M Quiksilver shifter. Comes with original shift linkages, original T-handle shifter and pistol grip shifter, unmodified center console decorative plate, new trunk seal, original a/c components as removed from under hood, lots of literature on the car, an extra carpet kit from a 1970 Challenger, all the chrome trim removed from the car is included. All gauges and lighting work. 88,000 miles on the odometer. Factory a/c car. A/C under hood parts have been removed by previous owner but all under dash parts look to be intact. Paint is nice with some flaws. The hood is not perfect but it's difficult to see the imperfections. There is a crack in the paint under the Go-wing spoiler. I did not paint the car or do the restoration but they did a descent job. Interior is white with black carpet. Seems to be everyone's favorite part of the car. New white headliner with no flaws. Has the original radio that does not work. Has working original style tach in clock spot on gauge cluster. Never had aftermarket stereo installed. Has new dash cover. The grille has a small repair in the drivers side corner and has been painted flat black along with the headlight bezels. Headlights are new Sylvania bulbs. The bumpers are showing age and have been tapped at some point. They could be fixed or replaced. The body is rust free and solid. Front fenders are fiberglass, although you cannot tell without looking at the back side of them. I don't know why these were installed. Original radiator core with proper vin stamp shows that the car has not been in a front end collision. All windows and regulators work. Overall it is a very nice example of classic muscle that needs a new owner who will take good care of it. I'm going to Afghanistan and I need to part with the car. Thanks for looking and I'll keep posting pics as I get the opportunity. Pictures with white AAR stripe are to show the car with the American Racing wheels on it. It has the black 340 hockey stripe now.
