This auction is for a 1978 Honda GL 1000 Gold Wing with 78553 miles. This bike looks fair and runs and drives good. It had been repainted by the previous owner. The paint is flat and has minor scratches. The tires are good and the battery is brand new. The fuel tank instrument housing has a crack, the chrome has some rust and the handle bar has been reshaped. The front brake master cylinder is from a younger motorcycle. The engine doesn't smoke and hasn't any noises. The fork seals are little wet. Everything works on the bike! The luggage cases are aftermarket items and the top case has the lock missing.
