1973 Honda CR

1973 CR 250 - this bike is a survivor with what appears to be very little use. The only thing it has on it are after market handle bars. I took the best pictures I could the camera is not great, the tank is as it should be stainless not painted, no dents, and if you polished it, will look brand new, the front number plate is after market the previous owner told me. and the rear brake cable was replaced. The bike has been sitting in my garage covered for a few years but fired right up. i would pull the carb. and clean it. If you notice on the rear fender the sticker is for off road use in California. a green sticker which you needed for trail riding or out in the desert,so i do not think this bike was ever taken to a track and raced. it just looks like the bike has very low hours. It does look like someone did spray a little flat black on one case and the pipe, the exhaust also is not beat and does have the correct pickle silencer. I have tried to describe the bike as best as I can E-mail any questions. they are only original once. if you pulled this bike apart and cleaned and painted the hubs etc. you would have a new looking bike,but it does look great as is.(bike is a bit dusty in pics.) cleans up beautifully.
