Up for bids is my 2005 Shadow Aero that I am selling because I've a herniated disc that prevents me from riding for prolonged periods of time, so I am selling per the Dr.'s suggestion. Bike includes a the passenger seat, sissy bar and windshield. In the last year I have put in: - OEM air filter - a new front tire, new tube (both OEM) along with the front wheel bearings, rear wheel still has aproximately half life left. - new battery - 12 v power outlet. - LN hard saddlebags that I upgraded to dual filament lights (riding and brake lights) - LED riding light plus brake light on the top of the sissy bar for extra visibility. - HID Headlight - Valve adjustment and oil change done 350 miles ago, did a ride last November up to Lynchburg area and it kept up perfectly fine with the Tourers in the group. - Replaced the stock exhaust since the one that came with the bike had the baffles punched out. - Just passed inspection on August 2011 - Replaced the owner's manual (original) as it was missing when I bought it. Front fender has some slight damage as pictured. Bike starts up every time and has never given me problems, I've seen shadows with 150,000 on them that are still running without issues. I have a clear title. Pickup must be done within 7 days of winning the auction, make sure to arrange transport or a temporary permit if you are to drive it home.
