Up for Bid is a 1997 Geo Metro LSI. It's in good running order. Engine is STRONG, does NOT burn oil and trans shifts smooth. Recently replaced the entire exhust system from the manafold that includes the catalic converter, resignator, muffler, tail pipe. Also replaced the lower oxygen sensor. New front breaks along with roters, needs back breaks. Front tires are newer back tires are ok, but could use replacing. Purchased this car in the fall of 2010 to use for work, which was a 80 mile round trip. I filled up once a week with about a quarter tank left at the end of the week. Its about a 7 to a gallon tank which again will save you a LOT OF MONEY!!!!!! It gets 40 to 48 miles on the highway depending on how you drive. I never had a problem with the vehicle. The next thing I would have done was give it a tune up because I don't know when the last owner gave it one! The reason I'm selling the vehicle because I no longer have that long of a commute. It's a good work car, could be a good starter car for a youngster. It's not the prettiest vehicle on the block but it's very reliable. Good in the snow ect....... It has some surface rust, some small dents and dings nothing that can't be fixed.
