Up for auction is a restored clean example of a 1972 MG Midget Mark III that was recently donated to a national charitable foundation. Since I support the foundation I am also assisting them in selling the vehicle. My eBay feedback is 100% for a reason. I will do my best to describe the car as I have personally inspected it. However, I cannot make any claims to its mechanical condition other than the car does start and run (I watched it drive around the block). The car is a 1972 MG Midget which is arguably one of the more desirable years with its round arch chrome bumpers. It was restored with a new top, clutch carpets, dash, radio, speakers, brakes, cylinders, rear axle seals, master cylinder, steering boots, bumpers, lenses, ignition, door locks, etc. Almost too many things to list! The odometer shows 59k miles. It has a clean California titles with all books and documentation. Since the car was donated there is no further information on this vehicle. It does run and drive and there appears to be no apparent mechanical issue. It does not smoke and there are no tell tale smells or sign of impending trouble. All in all it appears to be a clean straightforward example of this particular make and model of car. The car is available for viewing by appointment only. It is located in Costa Mesa, CA 92626.
