1978 Original Pontiac Trans Am Black & Gold / Bandit Colors 2W87Z8N104402 Here’s an opportunity to own a true classic! A masterpiece of Delorean creativity. I have owned it since 2004. I am the third owner. I purchased it with 31,000 original miles on it and have put on an additional 13,000, for a total of 44,000. It has been virtually problem free. It was stored for twelve years in a climate controlled setting with all fluids drained before I purchased it. After a freshen-up, I bought it with the original, factory tires on it, and drove it from Ohio to Arkansas (I did put new tires on it mid-trip). Since owning it, I have replaced the heater core, blower fan & relay, heater hoses, a power steering hose, battery, alternator, tires and stereo. Otherwise, it is original, meaning everything else, i.e. brakes, exhaust, paint & trim, interior, glass, wheels, suspension, engine and transmission. Everything works on this TA, even the original A/C. I have the original jack and stereo to go along with it. It has never been wrecked. It has the original, true Pontiac 6.6 liter / 400 engine and the original, automatic transmission. Power windows and power locks. It has been garaged since my ownership and well cared-for over the last 13,000 miles. I have had my pleasure with it and am ready to move on and see it in the hands of someone who will truly appreciate it for the classic it is, a survivor; not a restoration.
