Here is an interesting find... We purchased this car at auction from the estate of the previous owner. He had the car built to race SCCA IT Prepaired. It will also qualify for Vintage road races with SVRA, VSCDA and other vintage race groups nation wide. Please check with the group that you intend to race with to confirm. The cars' production year is the only issue that I can see. This car has not been raced from what we can see. There is not a paint chip anywhere on the underside! It's fresh! The engine is strong! Very healthy. Transmission shifts smoothly. This car has lots of leg room. I'm 5'10" and can't reach the pedals when buckled in. The seat can be relocated with ease. It has the 2000 cc Alfa engine with the prefered "pill type" mechanical fuel injection. 5 speed Transmission, VDO guages, low oil pressure, fuel pressure, and alternater run lights. Quick release steering wheel, Butlerbuilt road racing seat, new windshield, windshield defroster, window net, 5lb Fire Bottle, 2-way radio system pre wired, (radio itself is NOT INCLUDED), remote oil filter and cooler, oil and coolant over flow tanks, Performance Ignition, Griffin aluminum radiator, electric fuel pump, fuel cell, relocated battery in the trunk, 6Jx14 Alfa Romeo aluminum wheels, Toyo Proxes RA1 205/55R14 tires and simply well prepaired. The wiring, brake and fuel lines are installed professionally. The whole car really is nicely built. To put this car on the track you will need: updated seat belt, mirrors of your choice, race numbers and transponder. These costs are yours. It also appears that you could back this up and make it street legal. That's up to you. The head, tail, marker turn signal lights all function. There are no spares to go with the car. Only what is pictured. There have been many positive comments on the Bring a Trailer web site. It's under Italian cars and is a page or two in. Please read them.
