This is a great running little pickup! I have had it for the past year and before me it was owned by the son (who was in his 40's) of the original owner. The injector pump and injectors don't leak and it always starts right up! In the video you will see a little smoke. It had been a week and I forgot about something. ... if you rev it up before the engine is warm *sometimes-rarely* it will occasionally miss on a cylinder. It will stop as soon as you shut it off and go through a glow plug cycle again. This is a rare occurrence and we just happened to catch it on video. After the video I shut it off and started it and no smoke or missing. I have driven this truck all over the state of Washington. From the east border to the north, west and south. It has never given me trouble ( with the exception of having to replace the alternator). In the video you will see the battery light and the filter light on. That is because the engine hadn't rev'd high enough to start the alternator. As soon as I rev'd it up the lights shut off (Just in case you were wondering). There are dings and small dents on this truck as well as some rust. I haven't found any rust through and as far as I am concerned it is a very solid truck. The front tires are in good shape but the rears could use replacing. The brakes in the front are decent (though there is some air in the line so they need to be bled- I have been driving it like this for a year... I am used to old Vw bugs where every one of them is like that :) ). I used this truck to haul motorcycles around as that is my business. I have bought a Volvo and now am using my Dodge for hauling bikes around. It will cruise at freeway speeds and excess. It will cruise at 75-80 if you wanted but I always just keep it around 55-60 as that is where it seems to be comfortable. I am trying to be as forthcoming as possible.
