I am selling my toy car, which is a gorgeous 1975 MG Midget. It is a tiny sports car, two door, convertible and as such it's as simple as they come: 1500cc carburetor engine, 4 speed + reverse manual transmission, no power brakes or power steering. Runs and drives admirably. Odometer reads 48,283 but it has been broken for a while --- I have reason to believe it is close to the actual mileage, although it was also broken when I bought it a few years back. Other minor defects include a broken stop light (probably a loose wire), a button on the radio faceplate that gets routinely stuck and the driver side door lock not working from the outside. There is a small rattle in the exhaust, also likely to be an easy fix. The car comes with both a soft vinyl top and a tonneau. A reinforcing metal bracket on the right side of the top is broken (see pictures), although this is largely cosmetic, not affecting the functionality of the top. The car was garaged for all the time that I've owned it and there is only limited rust in the wheel wells. Newly replaced parts include the tires, the battery and battery cables and the valve cover.
